I may have a mild addiction to TikTok but when I came across Louise Hay sharing this mantra I shared the video to my phone because I need all of the help I can get, we all do.
I am struggling a bit with a case of the "mehs" and a side of "blah" as I slog my way through learning materials and other unknowns. I feel a bit overwhelmed and I still haven't heard back from my surgeons office. My trial nurse hasn't heard from my surgeon either after sending two emails asking for fairly important clarification regarding my situation as to not jeopardize the miraculous clinical trial I am on. I don't take this personally, it's our medical system, insurance and all of the issues that come along with that as well as staff shortages. What workers are in the hospital are not being treated fairly. I am a witness and a victim of this, it's not right and genuinely talented and caring people are leaving their life saving roles in droves. Walking out after HBC therapy I overheard a not very nice person at the Admitting desk answering a question about her ethnicity (fyi, she was white) "I'm an AMERICAN!" Said the grating voice. "Wow!" I said out loud as I thought "Fuck off." Seriously.
Let's say it together:
All is well.
Everything is working out for my highest good.
Out of this situation only good will come.
I am safe.
