In the continuing saga of “These are the butts of our lives” my home health nurse discovered a bubble on my butt, not a blister on the surface of my skin, but a skosh deeper than that which is an indication that once again an abscess may be forming. I did have a low-grade fever on Tuesday but have not had one since as of yet. I really miss the days when I didn’t have to think so much about my backside.
In order to try and squeeze the puss out of my body I walked and danced on the treadmill for 11 minutes and then stood on our sonic vibration machine for 10 minutes on the highest setting trying to shake the bejeezus out of my ass. Yup, I am kooky but some of the stuff I do works for me so why try and be too conventional?
On the bright side, I am doing pretty good during this chemotherapy session, I am thinking that it may be because of a supplement that I have added, a mixture of wheat grass, barley grass and alfalfa grass, I can’t really think of anything else.
If you just rely on western medicine only, I just don’t believe you are doing enough for yourself in my opinion. I really do feel the support of the supplements that I am taking and improving my nutrition which I am not always militant about due to my intermittent nausea but I try and eat mindfully, noting when I go off the rails and improving when I have the energy to do so, if that makes sense. You don’t have to do what I do though, figuring out your own way is important, nobody knows you like you do.
Though I am a bit worried that 45 is going to literally steal the election right now, as far as my body goes I feel improved despite the bubble. We shall see how that goes literally and excruciatingly one day at a time.
Until next time ❤️
